· The demonstrations organized on 7/4 in Athens and 61 other cities by sectoral federations, labour centres and trade unions, which are also preparing for a general strike, provided an immediate militant response to the anti-people agreement that was finalized at the Eurogroup meeting between the government and the Quartet.

· At the same time, the demonstrations also denounced the new imperialist offensive of the USA in Syria and Greece’s involvement in the dangerous NATO plans.
